fighting for speech therapy

Has anyone  else ever had a battle to get there special need child direct speech therapy? My son used to use single basic words to express his basic needs (whilst he was recieving direct provision) Slowly his speech started to go so after making enquiries i was told my son no longer gets direct input from a speech therapist (after many staff changes). I have been fighting for nearly 18 months for the input to be re instated but no one is listening. I have evidence that my son was progressing well with the input and the NHS have no evidence to prove otherise but they are still fighting me saying he doesnt need this input. My son is nearly 7 and has no words :( they have made him suffer and im pretty sure they are breaching some government legislations. Can anyone help me? has anyone else been in this situation?
